No charge for the lunchtime screening of "Labor's Troubadour"
at the AFL-CIO.
UNION DISCOUNT FOR LABOR FILMFEST
The American Film Institute is once
again generously extending their member discount to union members for
DC Labor FilmFest screenings (except for the Saturday night special
screening of ""Nine to 5"" benefiting Working America).
Here’s how to get your discounted tickets online:
1. Go to http://www.afi.com/silver/new/nowplaying/2005/v2i5/dclabor.aspx
2. Click on "Buy Tickets" for the desired screening
3. Under #3 (Session Times) on the right, click on the appropriate show
date and time, then follow the prompts to select # of AFI MEMBER tickets.
4. Select “calculate total”.
5. Review your order and hit “purchase tickets”
6. Provide credit card info.
7. THERE IS NO SHOPPING CART FUNCTION: If you want to buy tickets to
multiple films, you must make separate transactions.
8. When you attend the screening, go to the AFI Silver box office and
present the SAME CREDIT CARD used online AND your union card.
